RWBY, or Red, White, Black, and Yellow, is an action-oriented anime that will air a feature film in July 2013. RWBY is the first Chinese New Year's Eve letter of red, white, black and yellow, representing the titles of the four heroines of red, white, black and yellow. Built by Monty Oum, an employee of the American animation studio Rooster Teeth, and his team.
